I've had something a bit strange happen with my new store. In weeks 1-3 I had a slow start (5 sales), but wasn't worried as it's a new store (www.olivethreads.com.au).
In weeks 4-6 I've had no sales, but still plenty of customers reaching the checkout. I know it's normal for lots of abandoned carts, but I find it strange that I've had the last 15-20-ish customers enter the checkout but not purchase. I have had a look at the checkout and everything seems fine.
I'm also open to any feedback on my store, keen to keep improving it 🙂

Could it be a shipping issue? Are you getting them to input their address?
