Why are customers abandoning their carts in my online motorbike store?

2 0 1
I started a Motorbike online shop around Six month, only 12 sale. In recent months, I am trying to target Euorape since there is now in summer. I got about 100-200 traffic a day and a few add to cart. On average there are 6-7 customer reached checkout process and filled in their shipping information, but they didn't completed the purchase procedure. May I ask is there I did something wrong in the payment setting or other reasons? Any experts or people from South Africa can help me to figure out the problem? My store URL is https://vastermoto.com/

Hello @Rextekmoto1000,

Greetings from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot! I am Gina, and I am here to help.

Having taken a close look at your store, I believe that below suggestions could help drive sales.

1. Enhance your product pages by including a comprehensive and informative product description that highlights the key features and benefits of your product. This will entice potential buyers to make a purchase.

2. Adding product reviews help build trust and loyalty, and most of the consumers will look for feedback before making a purchase decision.
3. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
4. Crafting an ideal SEO product title and URL can aid search engines in comprehending the nature of your merchandise and boost traffic to your website. Therefore, it's advisable to maintain a unique and specific product title and URL.

5. Add detailed filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)
6. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
7. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
8. Through consistent and high-quality blogging, you can improve your website's search engine rankings, drive more traffic to your site, and establish your brand as a trustworthy and knowledgeable source in your industry. By focusing on creating valuable content that addresses your readers' needs, you can build a loyal following and boost your online influence.
9. Add CTA button like Shop Now, Buy Now in the Home page header banner or slideshow
The Call To Action(CTA) is a key element on a webpage, acting as a signpost that lets the user know what to do next. Without a clear CTA, the user may not know the next steps to take to purchase a product or sign up for a newsletter and is likely to leave the site without accomplishing their task.
10. Add correct links for Twitter and Instagram in the footer. Currently, both are redirecting to the 404 page.

11. Check why on the https://vastermoto.com/collections/motorbike-boots collection page, it is displayed as 0 products

Hi, this might be a good signal you have clients in UE, but can't complete checkout and buy. For that, make sure you shop is complied with Markets, and ability to export to UE. With the new Shopify B2B move, you can have a track on that.

By default, your store will not show shipping and checkout if you don't have a shipping supplier in your country for international sales.
