Hi @Alexander111,

I’m Theodore White from PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder App. From my CRO expertise, I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:

1. Have a favicon for your store

This makes your store look unique and professional. You can learn more about it here https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/online-store/images/add-favicon

2. Adjust the navigation bar of the header

It's great when you have a sticker header that helps customers easily navigate around the page. However, the logo and navigation buttons do not seem to be well-aligned.

I think you should increase the spacing inside the header and align all navigation buttons in the middle.

3. Change the hero banner at the top of the homepage

The banner is very significant in hero material. It is the first thing customers see when they visit your website. Let's get consumers to know exactly what you're having in 5 seconds first.

Unfortunately, the current banner is not of high quality, which might result in a high bounce rate so please change them asap.

4. CTA buttons

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.

With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

It’s such a loss when you missed a “Shop now” button on your banner. A CTA button here will urge visitors to make the purchase and it is a great way to optimize your home page.

And please rest assured that all CTA buttons should have the same styling to boost the conversion rate.

5. Remove "Write a review" part

Instead of displaying "Write a review" in the details of your product, it's more logical to display the description of the product to let new shoppers understand your product more.

6. Place the signup form on the body page

Having a newsletter on your site, customers can subscribe to their emails to receive product information, any sales campaign, etc from your store.

7. Update the footer

At least, please have Shipping or Return Policies in the footer. It would be more trustworthy and your customers, having a chance to explore it, would be more willing to buy.

And that's my feedback! Hope it helps you boost the conversion rate.

Cheers!

  1. Relevance of Traffic: The increase in sessions may be due to a change in the source of your traffic. It's essential to evaluate the quality and relevance of the new traffic. If the new visitors are not your target audience or are less likely to convert, it can impact your sales.

  2. User Experience: Analyze the user experience on your website, particularly for the increased number of sessions. Are there any technical issues, slow loading times, or broken links that might deter users from making a purchase? Ensure that your website is optimized for mobile devices, as a significant portion of traffic comes from mobile devices.

  3. Product Offerings: Evaluate your product offerings and pricing. Are your products aligned with your target audience's preferences and needs? Additionally, consider whether any changes in pricing or promotions might have influenced customer behavior.

Hey Alexander,
I love the products you have to offer.

As a clothing Shopify Owner, you are in a competitive industry. Your website is incomplete at the moment, and any time a potential visitor will see an incomplete website, they will run away. It is very important to create trust.

Here are some things that I found to be incomplete:

1) No filters
2) Your add to cart button throws a 404 error

There are multiple things you can change on your website:
1) Favicon
2) Navigational Header
3) Hero Section
4) Highlight Benefits

Do a walkthrough of your website and change any/all mistakes.

I spent 5-10 minutes on the website. Let me know if you would like me to do a customer-centric full teardown.

Best,
