Feedback for your online store from the community
Hello there,
We've had our online store since 2015 and with growing and stable sales since 2019. In recent months we have had successive drops in sales and have continued to invest in plug ins and paid advertising. We have noticed some flaws in the system, related to the difficulty that customers have given us to make their purchase. We pay for the service every month and at the moment we are very unhappy with Shopify. We can only grow if you are by our side. Otherwise we have to think of another solution for our online store
I would be more then happy to have a look at your store to see if I have any feedback which I can think can Improve that.
