Re: Kindly give a feedback, no sales

Solved

Why are my online stores not making any sales?

Hello everyone!

We are begging for your feedback, cause we have already spent a great amount of money for marketing and still no sales. We definitely do something wrong. We have already changed 3 shops with 3 different products (thought the problem is in product). This last time we did everything correctly with SEO and still no results.

Kindly look through our online shop and please give us any tips to start saling.

Our first online shop SereniTouch https://serenitouch.com/ - there we had only 2 sales and silence.

Our second online shop HappyPaws Lane - https://happypawslane.com/ - nothing - silence - dead 😞

It will help us a lot, cause of course we don't have any experience but we put in it all our forces, money and time.

Hi @Anastasiia_P

It's Kate from PageFly, your Shopify Page Builder ally. I know being an entrepreneur can be tough. I've taken a look at both of your stores, and as a CRO expert at PageFly, I'm excited to share some insights with you.

These suggestions are designed to enhance your stores and make your entrepreneurial journey a bit smoother.

1. The favicon logos

I tested your logos in both dark and light modes, and here are the results: they are nearly invisible. The HappyPaws Lane logo is quite adorable; however, including the text below it in the favicon logo might not be a good idea since it's hardly visible to visitors. Here are my suggestions for you:

2. Hero banners

PageFlyKate_3-1700707791523.png

  • The texts need to be more straightforward. For example, instead of “Start your journey here” → “Get your Furry Friends a New Hoodie”. This change allows visitors to quickly understand what you’re selling.
    • Consider applying the same approach to your other headings
  • The second image requires a higher resolution.

3. Increase your store credibility:

Consider adding images of yourself or similar elements. It's challenging for customers to trust an unknown shop. For example:

PageFlyKate_4-1700707791264.png4. Ads optimize suggestions

I’m not certain where you've placed ads, but generally, there are two main strategies:

  • If you're displaying various products → Redirect users to the homepage. (Ensure that all products shown in the ads are included there.)
  • For ads focusing on a specific product or a group of products → Redirect to the corresponding product or group landing page.

It's crucial that what people see in the ads aligns with what they find on the website.

So my suggestions are:

  • Create a dedicated landing page for your product(s), especially for leading products.
  • If you plan to run ads that redirect to your homepage, optimize it by following these tips:
    • Group similar products into categories or collections
    • Display all these collections on the homepage. This gives visitors a comprehensive overview of all your products.

5. Highlight your promotion campaigns:

Instead of relying solely on an announcement bar, consider creating a dedicated section for promotions like “Save 5% on Your First Order” and “Pawsome Welcome Discount.”

With Black Friday and Christmas approaching, this is an opportune time to add a festive touch to your store. You might find inspiration in these templates:

PageFlyKate_6-1700707791405.png

PageFlyKate_7-1700707791062.png

I hope you find these tips helpful. If you do, let me know by giving them a thumbs-up or marking it as a solution.

Have a wonderful day ahead, and I wish you all the best in your business endeavors. Keep up the great work, team!

Cheers,

Kate | PageFly team

Hi @Anastasiia_P

First off, it's great that you're seeking feedback – that's a key step in improving your online presence. I took a look at your SereniTouch website, and while the design and layout are appealing, there are some areas where you could enhance the SEO to potentially boost your visibility and sales.

On pages like https://serenitouch.com/products/flame-aroma-humidifier, your SEO meta descriptions could be more impactful. For instance, the current SEO meta description is:

Add essential oils for a sensory aromatherapy experience. Operates quietly for undisturbed relaxation. Choose your preferred duration with automatic shutoff. Unique blend of water-cooled light and flame effect

This is quite functional but doesn't describe the product or it's appeal. A more compelling, keyword-rich description can help attract attention in search results. Think about what sets your product apart and how it solves problems or enhances the lives of your customers.

I recommend updating the SEO descriptions on all your products. There are SEO apps that can do this automatically for you, to improve the appearance of your website in the search engines, which can result in more visitors and more sales.

Remember, persistence is key. SEO and online sales growth can take time, but with continued effort and optimization, you can increase your chances of success. Keep refining your approach based on feedback and performance data, and consider leveraging social media and other marketing channels to broaden your reach.
