Why are my product images getting cropped in the Refresh theme?

All of the product images of my store are cropped a little bit. Is it just the Refresh theme that I am using, or is this a bug for all themes. How could I fix this?

Below, I have inserted images of the original cover image, and the cropped product image. I would really appreciate help on fixing this.

I am having the same problem.  I can't see if there was any replies that solved the cropping issue.
