Why are my TikTok and Facebook ads getting clicks but not visits?

Hey guys 👋

I have been running tiktok ads and getting clicks on buy now button (100 clicks) 

But actually 7 visitors on Shopify store...

 

Ihade the same problem with Facebook ads ( clicks but no visits)

Please let me know your honest opinion of the store , some guy asked for 1000$ to develop it , do you think I should pay?

Are you willing to to drop $1k into an investment/gamble for the continued learning experience you need that mayhaps one-day possibly maybe perhaps slimly could achieve success? then sure.

 

Research  and document every other post on this subforum just like yours till your sick of it and can immediately recognize the cliches then apply that insight to your business.

The aesthetic starts out strong but the bulk of the site looks like every other cookie cutter drop shipping site. 

Good messaging though haven't seen this niche before marketing in that modesty way before I don't think.

The site name is fine probably if you have the money to burn building a brand, otherwise find a second domain that represents the product, or the products/peoples culture to try and capture organic reach. e.g modestmuslimjilbabs.shop etc though watch out for domain trademark, typosquatting, etc issues.

 

Keep in mind most peoples first businesses fail, online probably doubly so now.

So plan for that to be the experience plan.

A redesign my help but guarantees nothing if there's not a plan and money and experience.

The core business issue isn't really something a single re-design can fix.

You yourself need to change and be able to recognize the cliché beginners problems that lead to continued failure.

1. Improve your CTA buttons on your site
A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store.
With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc.

Besides, you should add more CTA buttons on your homepage. They can be secondary buttons which focus less but they can help the visitors add the products to cart. The buttons on the page should be consistent in terms of their appearance and behavior, with the same style, color, and hover animation.

2. Reduce white spaces

There are some white spaces you can consider reducing, especially on mobile, such as:

3. Improve the testimonials section

You not only have bigger product images on the customer's review, but also show the star rating on each review. Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online. PageFly allows you to add testimonials and product reviews to the page in easy ways

4. Use product variants creating more choices 

With the same materials or formats, you can add them into 1 product and use the option swatches to show your product variants.

5. Prepare for BFCM, Christmas from now

The upcoming holidays are excellent opportunities for all online stores to draw in more potential customers. Here are some of my suggestions to help you prepare for it:

  • Create FOMO effect by a countdown timer: To create a sense of urgency and encourage them to make the purchase now rather than later.  Here is an example that you easily can build from page builder app:

  • Create a sale campaign: To live up your store, highlight your product, and upsell. You can consider choosing the campaign "BFCM Flash Sales", "Bundle Deals & Mix-and-Match Offers", "Festive Wardrobe Refresh" or "Santa's Secret Sale" ...
  • Holiday season customers' feedback and insights collection: Offer valuable content such as discount code, holiday guides… or pop up form to collect insights from customers.
