I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to explore!
Looking into the URL, I noticed that you are using the announcement bar to inform customers of your ongoing sales and free shipping offers. That is a great way to get your customers browsing through the available collections.
What do you think about including a slideshow section as the first section on the homepage? As this will allow you to strengthen your brand by adding your best sellers or favorite products to the slides. It can encourage a purchase and allow your customers to learn more about the business without needing to scroll.
You have a lovely store, by the way! You could also provide your customers with security about their purchase by allowing your customers to share their Product Reviews. It can also provide new visitors with business legitimacy seeing that customers can share their experience.

I just walked around your store and have some suggestions to improve it. Hope it helps!
1. Make the page attractive at the first-time visit with hero banner
You know, the hero banner is the first thing visitors see upon entering a homepage. So it should be good enough to keep theme stay on homepage.
The hero banner is usually used to deliver important information and messages to the audience.
A hero banner that works is the one that is attractive and helps visitors understand what kind of product you provide.
For your website, you can choose a better hero banner with a clearer message on it. If you have a collection for St.Patrick's Day, you can also promote it on hero banner. I see you have a CTA button that links to this collection but it's now quite lackluster. People could easily ignore it.
2. St.Patrick's Day collection
When I see you have a collection for St.Patrick's Day, I thought I can get some deals from it. But nothing.
So if possible, you can add discount for products in this collection. This helps increase conversion rate and get sales for your store.
3. Product list
I'm curious about this product list section on your page because it shows there with no title.
I think it would be better if you show a product list for sales product or best-seller products, or arrivals there. It would help attract visitor’s attention better.
4. Add spacing between different layouts
Sections on your homepage are so close now. You should add some space between it to make the page layout look clean and easy-to-scan.
5. Add reviews/ testimonials
People love proof, especially when they visit a store and see many good reviews, they will be willing to shop! 71% of consumers stated that they trust the reviews and make up their minds faster thanks to good reviews. So you should add testimonials/product reviews to your store.
