Why aren't my products showing up on my site from my home computers?

None of my products load when I access my site from any of the computers in my house.

I have deleted all the cookies and cache.

When I go to any product page direct using URL I get a 404 stating the product doesn't exist.

I can access the  online store  using my tablet and mobile. The store runs fine with all the products.

I have loaded the website on my phone in desktop view and the site runs as it should.

Does anyone know what is happening.

Also people have told me the site runs fine for them on a desktop.

Also, My products are approved in google merchant but pending in shopify google app.

Ah, so you have the new GMC Next version. If all product issues are resolved, then without looking in the account is difficult to figure out.

With regards to Google Merchant Center vs Shopify Google App. Always use Google Merchant Center, to get the most accurate and complete information.

 

Go to Google Merchant Center > products > diagnostics > here check if you have any errors.

Thank you for your reply @EmmanuelFlossie. I do not have a diagnostics tab in Google Merchant Centre. "Google Merchant Centre > products > diagnostics" 

I navigated to Google Merchant Centre > Products > Needs Attention and fixed all issues there with no luck to solving my problem. Have you got any other solutions?

Hmm, that's a very strange issue. It's great that your site is working on your tablet and mobile, but it's strange that it's not working on your computer. Are you using the same browser on all of your devices? Are you using any plugins or extensions that could be causing this issue? I would recommend trying a different browser on your computer, just to rule out any browser-specific issues. Also, have you checked with your internet service provider to make sure there are no issues on their end?

Thank you for your reply  @kensington. I have tried multiple browsers and I have no extensions. My site use to load perfectly on all my devices. I have not tried contacting my ISP. I will try and keep you updated.
