Customer wrote to say they they cannot add our primary product to the cart to purchase -- verified that selecting the product Sophia 2:92 or any variations will not move to cart.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Are you still experiencing this issue with adding the product to the cart from the online store?
The reason I am asking is because I navigated to the product using the link that you have provided and I was able to successfully add the product to the cart. I took a screenshot of the cart page to show as an example:
If your customer is experiencing an issue with a product not appearing in the cart after selecting Add to cart, it could potentially be an issue with the browser that they are using. In some cases, clearing the cache from the browser can fix minor issues that you may experience on the Shopify platform. It may be possible to have your customer use a separate browser to successfully make the purchase.
