Why can't customers see products on my site?

When customers go to my site they said that they cant see any of my products . Can anyone help?

Welcome to the Shopify Community!

 

It appears you have enabled password protection for your Shopify store. If your store is ready for the public, follow the instructions listed below to remove the password:

  • Log in to your Shopify admin panel.
  • Click on "Online Store" in the left-hand menu, then select "Preferences."
  • Scroll down to the "Password protection" section.
  • If "Enable password" is selected, this means that your store is password protected.

To disable password protection, simply uncheck the "Enable password" box. Your customers should now be able to access your products without entering a password.

From what I’m seeing, your store is being password protected, which means visitors need to input a password in order to access it. If your store is ready to be launched to the public, please kindly disable password protection with these simple steps:

  • Go to Online Store/Preferences 
  • Scroll down to Restrict store access
  • Uncheck Restrict access to visitors with the password text box

  • Offer a rewards program: Offering a rewards program can be an effective way to increase customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases. Consider implementing a rewards program that offers points for purchases, referrals, and social media engagement.
  • Add FAQ (such as Refund policies and Shipping policies) to create credibility and help your customers navigate better

  • Reduce the length of product name: The product name is currently too long and I suggest you to shorten it so customers can read and understand what it is better

  • Improve the product images: While the current product images are good quality, there is only one image displayed on the page. Consider adding more images from different angles, as well as images showing the product in use, to give visitors a better idea of the product's features and benefits.
  • Add more detailed product information: The product description is relatively short and doesn't provide a lot of detail about the product's features and benefits. Consider adding more detailed product information, such as the exact specifications of the power bank, the charging time, and any additional features.
  • Highlight customer reviews: Customer reviews are a powerful tool for increasing trust and credibility with potential customers. Consider highlighting customer reviews prominently on the page and encourage customers to leave reviews after making a purchase.
  • Include a clear call-to-action (CTA): The current CTA button says "Buy now" which is good, but it may benefit from being more prominent on the page. Consider making the CTA button a brighter color, and positioning it in a more prominent location on the page.
