Customers go to my website and cannot order and I do not know why why can I not get someone on the phone and Shopify or some type of customer support ???????? Shopfy customer support should be called non-support
I would be happy to help you troubleshoot your checkout issues here if I can and I will also share the steps to contact our live support. We do offer 24/7 support through live chat, email and phone and I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties accessing it.

As for the issues your customers are experiencing, are you able to share a link to your storefront and a screenshot of breakdown of the issues you and your customers are seeing through the checkout?
