I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong with my site or my marketing process. I started runnings social media ads and the last few days I’ve received 500+ site visits per day. Sometimes up to 40 live visitors at a time. Yet I’ve received 0 sells from this traffic. Maybe 1-2 added an item to the cart but they didn’t get far enough for the abandon cart automation to kick in. I do have a landing page and when I look at the analytics potential 1/3rd don’t go past the landing page (I’ve accepted that risk). I don’t know what else to do. I’ve set up all the google settings with the SEO, ad managing, business manager, site indexing etc.

The website is quite interesting. However, I didn't see some necessary information for buying clothes. I don't know the material and size standards of these clothes. The clickable area of the cancel button on the shopping cart page is too large, and I accidentally deleted the products in the shopping cart. There is no quantity selection.

1. Getting traffic but conversion rate is zero
Since ~1/3 of visitors bounce immediately, your landing page might be the first bottleneck. I like the idea of using a separate page to showcase your brand logo, and customers can access into the collection pages. However, this can limit many aspects you can display using an usual Homepage layout like Hero banner to display newest collection, promotions, best sellers, short tag-line to engrave your brand's identity into customers' mind. What you can do is to consider running an A/B testing: One with the current version, and the other uses a normal Homepage layout to see if the conversion rate increases.
I also notice that you said 500 visits/day with 0 sales. This suggests a possible mismatch between your ads and audience. Maybe you want to review your audience targeting and see if:
- Are you targeting cold audiences who don’t know your brand? Consider retargeting warm audiences (e.g., past visitors, email subscribers) with a separate campaign.
- Does your ad accurately reflect your landing page? Avoid "clickbait" imagery or copy that attracts window-shoppers.
If you’re selling a niche product, platforms like TikTok/Instagram may require more educational content before driving sales. For this matter, I recommend you run a small retargeting campaign (e.g., people who viewed a product but didn’t buy) with a discount.
2. No trust badges
While I was trying out your online store, I noticed that there was no reviews or testimonials being shown elsewhere. This is essential for such a new business like yours, since social proof is critical for customers making their first purchases with an unfamiliar brand. You should also consider putting badges for guarantee, quality assurance and shipping to enhance customers' trust.
3. Problems with product description
Making a nice website can attract many visitors, but what make them stay and become your customers is your products. Displaying your products nicely is essential, but the way you promote them to your buyers play an important role in converting traffic to sales. Currently, your product page is missing some essential elements:
- No Size Guide: I can see that all products have variants for size, but there is no size guide to know exactly Essential for apparel—add a chart or link.
- Weak Product Description: Focus on benefits (e.g., "Oversized fit for effortless streetwear style") instead of vague terms like "IMMINENTLY EMBOLDENED."
- Missing Visuals: With apperal, customers often love to view images of the product to get the most detailed grip of the items. Show multiple angles, close-ups, and a model wearing the item will enhance the add-to-cart rate.
There are also some clutches in your Product pages that prevent a smooth experience:
- COMING SOON" Items: These clutter the page and frustrate shoppers. Move them to a separate "Coming Soon" section
- No Filters/Sorting: Customers can’t filter by price, category, or popularity.
