Why can't I tag some of my product collections?

When I go to tag my product. Some of my collections are not available to use as my tag. The collections show up under collections and my menu, they are just not available to tag. What do I need to do?

When you created the collections for your products, did you happen to set the conditions to Product tag is equal to tag? Typically, you will want to use the tag as a condition in order to add your products to the collection. I took a screenshot of the conditions from my test store to show you an example:
