Feedback for your online store from the community
Been running CitadelTechnology for just over a month now, been running adds and getting decent traffic to the store but no sales, nothing. Feel the website is good but have no idea what to do from here..
if someone could have a look and give me some advice that would be great thanks!
If you have been running ads and receiving decent traffic to your CitadelTechnology store but no sales, it's crucial to analyze a few key aspects. Check your website's user experience, ensure a clear call-to-action for visitors, review product pricing and descriptions, and consider optimizing your checkout process. Additionally, evaluate the targeting and relevance of your ads to ensure they are reaching the right audience.
I’m trying a few different ad settings at the minuite to see which gets the most engagement and will carry on from there.
Need to adjust product discription so look cleaner and sharper I think I’ll do that next!
thanks.
hope it will be help you
Have you set up a Google analytics account to check keywords and traffic analytics?
Hey,
Sounds terribly frustrating. I've been there. I would recommend this;
1. Stop running ads (essential unless you have unlimited money to burn)
2. Look at the data from your ads, which product has had the most engagement, views or add to carts? With that product, choose 3 products that compliment it well, things that would also interest a buyer of the main product.
3. Put all the other products in your store into draft mode (turn them off without deleting them - FOR NOW)
4. work on creating a more aligned brand, selling everything tech is super hard right out of the gate!
5. order those four products, shoot photography for them, good photography, and make those photos look like the products are from the same brand.
6. write better product descriptions - try two sentences, then some summarizing bullet points.
7. include shipping information on the product page
8. Shoot for a 10% profit margin on each item sold
9. small thing i noticed - add your logo to the checkout
10. when you have done all this, try running some ads again
11. understand ecom is hard, but persevere and you will get there!
Good luck!
cheers,
Lee
Hello @CitadelTech,
This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
Having taken a close look at your store, I believe that below suggestions could help drive sales.
1. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
2. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
3. Make product title within 70 character length. Crafting an ideal SEO product title and URL can aid search engines in comprehending the nature of your merchandise and boost traffic to your website. Therefore, it's advisable to maintain a unique and specific product title and URL.
Example: https://citadel-technology.com/products/bedroom-anti-gravity-humidifier-with-clock-water-drop-backfl...
4. Add Blogging in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.
5. Improve your store's visibility in search engines by using relevant keywords in your product descriptions and titles.
6. Offer special deals and discounts to attract customers. Consider limited-time offers, bundle deals, or free shipping to entice shoppers.
7. Utilize email marketing to nurture customer relationships. Send targeted campaigns with personalized recommendations, exclusive offers, and relevant content.
8. Monitor your store's performance regularly using analytics tools. Look at conversion rates, average order value, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Let me know if you require any further guidance.
