Why is it when I update one page it updates another page

On my website www.sportboatshirts.com I am having trouble. I have created a page labeled Boat Graphic Breakdown which also has a link in the top tier bar. Whenever I make changes to this page, it populates onto my About Us page.

Welcome to Shopify Community.

I have understand your query and this is might be because you are using same template for both the page and your theme is not a Shopify 2.0 theme which supports unique sections throughout the site using JSON templates.  

Either you can move to a Shopify 2.0 theme or can upgrade your existing theme or you can make only the one page as a JSON template.

How do I go about making it a shopify 2.0 theme, and will that eliminate or change the layout or anything aesthetically?
