Why is my add to cart rate so low on my website?

Hello Shopify Community,

I just wanted to make a post to ask for some help. My website https://www.y2kiss.net is getting around 170+ visitors a day with my ads but only 1.23% of them are adding to the cart. Is there a reason for that, and if so can I get some help from more experienced Shopify experts?

Thanks!

Hello @tegusuk,

I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot. I am here to support you.

After examining your store, here are some solutions to enhance your add-to-cart rate.

1. Add filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)

2. Add sorting feature in collection pages for changing the order of any product listing whereby users can choose which criteria they want the products to be listed by.

3. Add CTA button like Shop Now, Buy Now in the Home page header banner. In the banner, you have a Shop Now text which is non clickable.
The Call To Action(CTA) is a key element on a webpage, acting as a signpost that lets the user know what to do next. Without a clear CTA, the user may not know the next steps to take to purchase a product or sign up for a newsletter and is likely to leave the site without accomplishing their task.

4. Consistently post to social media like Instagram and post reels to boost organic ranking.
5. The alt tags on images have both SEO values and are used for semantics to the visitor in case the image did not render correctly. Fix any alt tags that say no alt text was found.
6. Blogging is a great tool to enhance your website's visibility and online presence, it's crucial to maintain a consistent blogging schedule and provide engaging content that resonates with your target audience. By doing so, you can increase your website's organic traffic and improve its online reputation.
7. Customers may require additional incentives to add products to their cart. Consider offering discounts, free shipping, or limited-time promotions to encourage action.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you require any additional assistance.

Hi Gina,

You mentioned me here but this is not my post. Btw I did most of the things you mentioned here for my store but I couldn't get visitors.
