Hi, I'm having an issue with business verification. It says I have to verify my identity and submit additional details to receive payouts and continue payments but every time I press the sumbit button it just reloads to sumbit and nothing happens please respond back quickly it says I have until November 29th.

Hi, @CityLimits.

 

To initially troubleshoot this, and so that we can rule out any potential local caching issues, I'll get you to follow the steps below if you haven't already done so:

 

  • Try to login to your account and submit the requested documents via an incognito window
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser's cookies and cache prior to submitting the documents
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you're using Safari, you can try via Chrome or Firefox
  • You can also try to use another device, such as a different laptop if you have access to one

Thank you for trying but I've tried all the recommendations about 3 times now and nothing has worked I contacted support and say said they will fix it but I haven't got a update.

We can't access accounts or support tickets via the Community Forums, so can you let me know what the reply was from our support team in regards to the situation? Did they perhaps give you confirmation that your case will be escalated to a specialized team for further review and assistance?

 

For context, business verification issues are handled by a specialized team internally, so if our live support team has confirmed that your ticket will be escalated to our specialized team's queue, then rest assured that one of our specialists will review your account information and get back to you with an update as soon as they can.

 

I understand that you're eager to receive the proper support that you need, however — when was the last time you heard from our live support team?

Was this ever resolved? I am having the same issue. I have tried everything they said to do and nothing worked. I submitted a ticket to support now and still have not received a resolution. Very frustrated to not be able to move forward with my store. If support got in touch with you how long did it take after you submitted a ticket? Thanks so much for your help!

This may be too late for you, but I'm gonna leave this here for the other people who are struggling.

 

I had the same problem when trying to upload pictures of my ID and I found a solution after pulling my hairs for 20 minutes. At first it appears the driver's license is selected by default, but it isn't. You have to click on the dropdown menu, click driver's license, upload your pictures, then click submit.
