My store was working perfectly fine yesterday not it's not and when I tried to go on my store and account it keeps saying not available can you help shopify because I already spent money and I dont wanna get scammed.🙏

My website banned???  How is that possible I've haven't done anything to the the website expect edit the website

That's pretty weird. Definitely reach out to Shopify directly. But in the mean time, what kind of stuff were you selling?

Just barber stuff like clippers and fashion stuff and there were no inappropriate stuff and nun

In this case, we highly recommend you contact the Shopify Support and provide them as many informations as you can, make sure you provide details situation so that they can provide proper solution. This will may take a while but if your business is "clean", there's nothing you need to worry.

The first thing I would recommend is for you to check your Account Owner email address to see if you have been contacted by any of our teams so far regarding the status of your store.

 

Be sure to check any 'spam' or other folders, as emails like this can sometimes be filtered there by your provider.

That's another thing too I already contact the help center and im still waiting for a response and I just want to know what's wrong because I'm basically loosing money and business
