Good day my friends.

I will say that your store looks great. Your shopify store has an incredible range of products and I'm impressed by the thoughtful curation. The clean design and easy navigation make the shopping experience enjoyable.

However, the reason why you are not have much sales in your shopify store is because your store lacks what is called SHOPIFY INTEGRATION AND SHOPIFY MARKETING.

SHOPIFY INTEGRATION is the process whereby you connect third-party tools, or apps to your shopify e-commerce platforms this include payment gateways, shipping carriers, accounting software, marketing tools and more. By integrating these your business can enhance and streamline various aspect in your store. on the other hand, shopify marketing  refers to as the strategies and various activities taken to promote or drive traffic into your store. How do you drive traffic?

1. by doing SEO optimization to your store and product

2.by promoting your product on social media platforms. platforms like Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, YouTube  etc.

3. by running Google Ads or Facebook Ads.

Without all these process i mentioned above you won't make much sales on your store.

Hi,

Congrats on launching the store with Shopify.

Here steps I would take to investigate this further.

  1. Identify Landing Pages
    1. Check your analytics tool like Google Analytics to identify the pages these users landed first. (I am assuming it is the home page)
  2. Identify the Bounce Rate.
    1. If the bounce rate is 100% or close to it potentially the people visiting are not your target audience.
    2. If the bounce rate is low I would check the pages they visited and the final page from which they exited the website.
  3. Identify the Sources
    1. If it is SEO check the keywords in Google Search Console or similar tools. As the website is new it might not show the clicks accurately but if you can see the ranking keywords you should be able to identify whether you are targeting the right audience.
    2. If it is Paid Ads check your keyword targeting to find the ones that might not be performing and turn them off.
    3. If it is an external website, check the source that is bringing the traffic if it is not a website that is relevant then I would not worry about making a sale.

In almost all cases you might find something interesting in these steps. However, if you find everything is working as expected in the above steps it will be worth investigating the presentation of the website.  But I personally will only do that as a step and looking at your website the presentation is good.

Also on a different note, I noticed a couple of these things.

  • Eligible for free shipping message at the top is in dollars but your product pricing is in GBP.
  • The home page Title tag only says "LumiLev" , I would change it to something like "Lumilev - Modern Jewellery as Unique as You" or something similar (based on your target keywords).

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Thomas

Hi @LumiLev

Congratulations on a beautifully designed store. Right off the bat I could see that it lacks social proof (customer reviews, photos/videos).

Incorporating user-generated content into your Shopify store's marketing strategy can significantly improve your brand's authenticity and appeal to potential customers.
UGC is known to build trust in your business and also improves conversion rate as well as AOV.

Hi @LumiLev

Congrats on Launching your website.

I had a look at your site here are a few points, which I would consider.

On the home page, I would add some text on the banner that promotes a product or collection, not an empty banner that doesn't talk to the visitor, when I come on your site I want the banner to tell me what to do or what to see.

I would add an H1 title below the banner which tells in one line what your business is all about.Cart_WhisperAB_2-1699809988627.png

On the product page, you missing proper product descriptions about the product, something that connects with the customer.
- Also the sale label is not prominent enough.

I would also add some descriptions to the collections.

Also, the delivery page is empty and missing some important info that the customer would like to know, You also missing an about page.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hey @LumiLev.

Thanks for reaching out.

I appreciate that you have provided your online store URL for us to explore! Looking into your store, I noticed that you currently do not have a favicon displayed on your homepage. A favicon is a small image displayed on the browser tab and represents the business/company. If you take a look towards your browser tabs now - I am sure you will see a favicon! You can add a favicon to your online store to add a polished look to the website by following this guide here

I did want to bring to your attention that when I viewed the homepage, I did see that you have some placeholder text/titles on a section. You can add products to be displayed on the section by navigating to your Theme Editor. I took a screenshot of the section I am referring to:

You can also make it easier for your customers to find the options to get in contact with the business by changing the menu item from Help to Contact Us. This can provide your visitors with a sense of security about making a purchase, knowing that they can reach out to the business with any questions or concerns.

Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
