Hi all, I would like some feedback on my new store. I ran some ads and got some traffic but they didn’t stay long and no sales. Any insights are welcomed. Pathpirates.com

Hope you are doing well. Here are a few suggestions.
Logo: You should need a proper logo to represent your brand. It should communicate your brand's message, values, and identity. It should be simple, distinctive, and memorable.
Logo Size: It’s important to note that your logo does not need to be exactly 410 pixels wide by 205px high.
Front Images: Use good quality featured and right dimension banner images with call-to-action buttons to captivate user attention. It should be resized images for mobile screens.

Homepage: Homepage designs guide your visitors around your website. To engage visitors you need to work on the homepage layout design.
Include trust indicators on the homepage. Homepage content should be strategically decided. You can add a ‘Call to action banner’ ‘New arrivals’, ‘Top selling products, Most popular collection, announcement bar, Today's deals, and offers, etc on the homepage to engage users.
Your store should be clear navigation. The store should have easy to access the shopping cart.
Add Blog: You know creating/adding blogs gives you a great way to generate fresh content on a website and provide a catalyst for email marketing, and social media promotion to drive search traffic to your website.
Blogs build trust with your customers and improve shopify SEO ranking. Blogs can boost sales.
Trust Signals: Show off trust signals and customer testimonials to boost conversion. Customer testimonials and trust Signals build customers' trust and help customers to feel more secure in their buying decision.
Improve SEO, links, usability, and performance score to increase conversion & sales (Your page could be better)
Check your store with the Page insight tool to get the score. because the low mobile score can kill the website traffic and lose revenue. optimizing a Shopify site for high page load speed is a major priority.
Compare your store with your competitors. Also compare your product price with others.
Google Search Console :
Is your website exist on the search result page? (Your brand name). If yes then it's good to see, google is indexing and the user will reach you easily. Unless your store is completely invisible.
If you are not using the Google Search Console yet, set it up now. Google Search Console report will let you know if your pages are indexed or not at all. If none of your pages can be found by Google, then it may have an issue, as this means no organic traffic at all. And No traffic means no Conversion.

I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.
1. There is too much blank space in the header
2. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
3. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
4. Add the correct social media accounts.
5. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
6. Add About Us page which is a reflection of the purpose and personality of the business.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.
8. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
9. Add more detailed product description in product pages. The product description should provide visitors with important information about the features and benefits of the product so they are motivated to buy.
10. Add some space on the left and right to the Shipping & Returns section on the product page.

We dived into your store site and have seen good works you did for your site. However, there is a few things we notice that you may want to change to create a better customer experience and boost your sales funnel.
1. Header section:
- You should make your header sticky, this way will allow customers access to any categories that they want while scrolling through your site.
- Try to re-design the structure of your header: remove unnecessary space, your search tab should be listed in the same line with sign in account and cart.
2. Collections section:
- The first one with full background picture but the second one has a smaller background image, this may annoy customer since it change the size of your site every time they swipe to the next collection.
- As you can see, the collections name is kind of hard to read at some words because it's white and seems faded with the background, you can try to change the images or change the text color.
- If you intend to set the layout like that, the one in the middle should be set in one line with 2 others column.
3. Products section:
- The "New Arrival" should be set on the top of the section at set at the center of the site.
- The tag "Sale" and "New" seems meaningless, you can consider to remove them, just provide the original price and add the "sale of" price next to it so that it won't annoy customers.
- The star rate should be set at the bottom and in the center of each products. Have a rate here is good because it can build your brand trust and increase the chance of likelihood to purchase from customers, however, put it all 5 stars may lead to a different results, people will not believe it and may ignore the products right away.
4. Products page:
With your current layout, I think it's a little bit difficult for customers to make an order, you can try to re-arrange them like my screenshot below.
5. Pagespeed Insights:
According to Google Pagespeed Insights, your store site performance not really good, consider to optimize you images file with compressing tools to keep the high quality of pictures, optimize your theme codes or remove unnecessary codes and apps to improve the speed. Fasst loading site will create a better customers experience.

Hello there @aWingandaPrayer I have a couple suggestions I believe could be helpful.
1) There should be accepted methods of payment at the bottom of the homepage as well as links to the social media accounts of the business.
2) You should consider letting customers be alert to what others are doing in the store. This could help drive up sales as there would be a more competitive spirit in the store. The Show Recent Orders App is a very useful tool in achieving this goal as the app would help provide regular updates on recent actions taken by customers in form of pop up alerts while one is navigating through the store.
