Some possible solutions I think would be really helpful-

1) You can tailor your ads and social media marketing more towards USA only based customers since that is your specific target audience.

2) There should be customer reviews if you have made any sales at all even if they were made offline. This would help attract even more customers and drive up the traffic.

3) A good way to boost your store’s attractiveness and pull power is by the efficient use of bundling. Bundling products in your store appropriately together helps drive in and keep more customers. The Bundler- Products Bundles App would be very useful in doing this as the app for example would aid in bundling products of yours such as matching necklaces and matching scarves together. Give the app a try yourself here https://apps.shopify.com/bundler-product-bundles

Hi @Janie2 ,

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder App. I have just had a look at your store. I have just some small things I'd suggest for your Homepage and Product page for a better chance to reach potential customers in the United States and gaining sales. May it help!

1. Add highlight CTA buttons

A primary call to action button is one of the important things for a home page of an online store. With this button, you will redirect customers to the page you want them to take action mostly. It can redirect to a collection page, or a product page, etc. Like this:

2. Adjust the product price and product title

  • Increase the product price and title visibility by using a large font size, bold text style, or eye-catching color.
  • You can also align product title and product price by making them in the same line:

3. Adjust spacing in section

To optimize clarity, it is recommended that you adjust the spacing of this section to ensure that it fits within the laptop screen view. This will enable customers to view the content in the image without the need for scrolling.

4. Add more content for homepage

Utilize social media to reach potential customers in the United States.

As usual, social media is one of the effective ways to get more traffic and make a good connection with your customers. Display social media such as Instagram and constantly update the feed.

Add testimonial - customer reviews

  • Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.
  • Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.
  • You can check this image for reference:

Product page

1. Adjust product price

Setting sale prices for products

When you put a product on sale for a lower price, you might want your customers to be able to see the original price, so they see the price comparison. The product listing updates on your online store to show that the item is on sale. It may help increase your conversion rate.

Make the price more visible

To make the price more attractive, you should increase its font size or color:

2. Include both User rating average and number of ratings for product

When you are getting feedback and rating from customers, you can take into consideration to add them. Many users rely on ratings and reviews to select products and displaying them right on each product in the first place can quickly build your credibility.

3. Add 3-5 Images of Products from Multiple Angles

Users need to gain a comprehensive visual understanding of a product in order to make a purchase decision, and straight-on shots of the product rarely fulfill this requirement.

It is recommended that you consider incorporating a product image featuring a model utilizing the item or opt for other professionally-shot product images to enhance the visual appeal of your store.

4. Adjust product description

Some of the product descriptions could be more detailed, especially for customers who are not familiar with the product.

Furthermore, you can consider using a page builder app with a Shopify theme made for this niche to enhance your store appearance and increase mobile experience for customers. You can check out the following themes Blum, Sense, Dawn…

These are some suggestions for improving the design.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Good luck and have a nice day!

Warmest regards,

Richard | PageFly

Hello @Janie2,

This is Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $5Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

It's great that you took the time to reorganize and change your products before relaunching your Shopify online store.

> Refine your targeting
Make sure that your store is set up to target customers in the USA only. Consider using geo-targeting tools like Google Analytics to ensure that your website is only shown to users in the United States. Additionally, you may want to consider using targeted advertising on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram to reach potential customers in the US.

> Consider partnering with influencers
Influencer marketing can be an effective way to reach potential customers in the US. Identify influencers in your niche who have a following in the US market and consider partnering with them to promote your products.

I've taken a look at your store. Nice collection! I've some suggestions to increase the conversion rate.

1. Consider adding a Home page link in the header menu.
While most users are probably aware that the logo is usually a Home link, certainly everyone doesn't.
2. Enhance your product pages by including a comprehensive and informative product description that highlights the key features and benefits of your product. This will entice potential buyers to make a purchase.

3. Display store's contact info like phone number, email address, and office address in the Contact Us page.
4. Testimonials are a good way to increase the trust and will influence the purchasing decision. Also, provide the customers' full name, and profile photo of them to add authenticity and credibility.
5. Add social media for the store to increase the traffic. By linking to your social media profiles, you can drive traffic to your social media pages, increasing your followers and potential customers.
6. Make About Us more personal, likable, and believable so that, your prospects are more likely to be comfortable buying from you.
7. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

8. Add detailed filters in collection pages to help your visitors narrow in on the specific product they're looking for and find products they might be interested in based on certain features (e.g. size, color, category)

9. Add sorting feature in collection pages for changing the order of any product listing whereby users can choose which criteria they want the products to be listed by.
10. Showing your average rating gives your shoppers quick information to make purchase decisions. Average ratings provide you with feedback on popular and unpopular products that you can use to make changes.
11. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
12. Add more blogs in the store
Blogging is an amazing way to drive traffic to your website and increase your SEO. The more your blog, the more content the search engines have to crawl and index. This means they can easily recognize that your site is a resource of information for people to access.

Overall, building a successful online store takes time and effort. By refining your targeting, optimizing your website for SEO, and partnering with influencers, you may be able to drive more traffic to your website and increase sales.

Hi @Janie2

My name is Al - Affiliate Special Projects at LoudCrowd: Creator Storefronts. We help brands boost their conversion rates and order values by leveling up the traditional affiliate marketing experience with Creator Storefronts and scalable Ambassador Programs.

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with traffic & conversion rates! I know that is incredibly frustrating. I would love to help out and provide some recommendations!

First things first, what's your current strategy for driving traffic to your site. Word of mouth marketing, over traditional paid media and ads, goes a long way and snowballing success for your business.

Secondly, are you bridging the gap between channel source and your eCommerce experience yet? If customers are accessing the Comfrot Core Spotlight site from Instagram or TikTok, are you simply sending them to the homepage rather than a page dedicated to their favorite content creator, or the product they actually saw on social? Creator Storefronts are the best way to make the transition from social to your store seamless, proven to boost your conversion rates and AOV.

Let me know your thoughts on the above!
