Why is my online store getting traffic but no sales?

Hi, Its been two weeks since I've launched my store. I have tested some ads and got a decent amount of traffic and clicks to my store. However, none of those converted into sales or add to carts so i'm assuming my product page might be a problem. Could I get some feedback on my store, website is: www.homeenterprise.co.uk

4. Show Product list with CTA buttons

With each product, you can add a CTA button which makes it clear to potential customers which action to take next and helps remove friction in moving the user down the sales funnel.

Happy to help. Where do your ads redirect the user? Does it take them to your homepage, a specific product, a collection of products?

The other thing I noticed on your product page is instead of it saying 'add-to-cart' so the customer can purchase immediately, you have it saying 'Pre-order'. This might be a reason customers are turned off as they aren't interested in pre-ordering and waiting for a product to launch and become available to ship.
