Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi!
I still have no visitors to my store even though I have been working incredibly hard for 13 months now. I followed the advice given here to improve my store front; I am writing blogs, placing FB/IG adds but nothing… I have very limited resources but I am putting an incredible amount of hours trying to make it work. Please can someone give me some further advice. Is it the product? Is it the store settings? I have spent so much time with it that I feel I cannot give up now. (My site is FitzWillow.com) Thanks.

Hi @MayteCoke ,
There are multiple reasons for less traffic on a site. This may be because people are unaware about your brand. You may need to post some ads so that users are notified about your brand.
Before that following are few recomendations that i would like to give.
UI/UX Recomendations:
1. The header is too big and takes huge space. Try optimizing the header.
2. Image on home page looks blury. Try adding high quility images.
3. Homepage contains less content. Try adding more content and brand information.
4. OUR COLLECTIONS section takes too much space on home page. We can optimize this to utilize space.
5. Add to cart button is not eye catching.
6. Size chart on product page takes huge space. In most of sites, i have seen this data added to a popup or inside collapsable.
7. Checkout page doesnot look good. Make it less eye catchy by removing cover image. I got distracted when i reached checkout page.
8. Over all brand color looks inconsistant. Try to make it consistant.
If you require further help to optimize your store, please don't hesitate to reach out. If you find this information useful, a Like would be greatly appreciated. And if this solves the problem, please Mark it as Solution!

Thank you very much for taking the time to check my store and for all the advice, I will try to fix it all as soon as possible but, since I am no expert, it will take me a while. Is it possible that the product has no viability? Thanks once again.
I encourage you to read about a marketing funnel as well as the four P’s of marketing. Since funds are limited, I wouldn’t hire anyone to fix the site since you don’t have any visitors just yet. Instead, spend the funds on marketing or product. Marketing can be divided into three larger groups - owned, earned, and paid. Owned is your site. Earned includes email, organic social, SEO, unpaid brand ambassadors and PR. Paid marketing includes SEM, paid social, affiliate marketing (paid influencers, sponsored articles etc), and out of home ads.
If you have been doing all of the above, it’s probably product and/or price.
Thank you very much for the advice, I will follow it and read about marketing.
All the best.
