Feedback for your online store from the community
hi there, I've been trying to get my first sail for a while now and I have to say that I'm struggling a lot, I'm using Facebook to advertise and have gotten hundreds of people visiting my store product pages but not one conversion
would someone be able to point out any immediate turn offs to a customer. Whether its because the store design is crap or the product pages, are not good, honest feedback will be well appreciated.

Hello and Congratulations on your website!!
I would like to provide some constructive criticism just from a first look perspective. This is purely just a personal opinion from someone who is quite visual and loves to shop for women's clothing online.
The website comes off as fake to me. It appears as if the t-shirts and sweatshirts have not actually been manufactured, but that text was just overlayed over a static image.
I also found the print hard to read on some of the products.
It appears as if the models in the photos have not been hired by your establishment, but as if the text was pasted to random images of people off of the internet.
The above points are reason enough for me to not make a purchase decision, as it doesn't seem as if an actual product has been manufactured. While you have original content written on the garments, it doesn't feel as if you have original model photography or tangible products.
Also, I like seeing multiple views of the same product and different products worn by the same model. That way, I can compare the fit and envision how it may look on my own body.
If you screen-print on demand, then it could be helpful for you to explain that orders are printed as they come in or something to let the potential customer know their order will be safely fulfilled.
Those were my initial thoughts as I scrolled thru the page; You can disregard this comment if you find it unhelpful.
Please keep positive and keep up the good work.
Thank You So Much, Zei you are a truly kind person for taking the time to write all this it was very helpful and descriptive advice. It will be a little hard to get real models to wear each shirt as I have a small budget, but for now, I can change out the t-shirts and hoodies that don't have anyone wearing the product as these are from printful or printify (print providers) and are not the greatest quality I see that now. I can replace them with better quality t-shirts and hoodies from Placeit which is where most of the model images and the folded clothing images are from. I have also added an about our product section which explains that the products are printed after the order is processed and then shipped. As for having multiple views on the product I will see what I can do about that as well.
thanks again, zei I will get to work on it when I get more time.

Hello @SheigenJonsiah,
Greetings from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot! I am Gina, and I am here to help.
There could be several reasons why your Shopify store is not converting visitors into customers despite getting significant traffic from Facebook ads.
After examining your store, I found some improvements you can make that could increase your sales.
1. Missing trust signals
Signals such as customer reviews, social proof, and security badges, can help build credibility and trust with your website visitors. If your website lacks these trust signals, customers may hesitate to make a purchase.
* I would advise adding testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
* Add social media for the store to increase traffic. This will increase the visibility of your social media profiles, making it easier for customers to find and follow you on different platforms.
2. Consider adding blogs
Through consistent and high-quality blogging, you can improve your website's search engine rankings, drive more traffic to your site, and establish your brand as a trustworthy and knowledgeable source in your industry. By focusing on creating valuable content that addresses your readers' needs, you can build a loyal following and boost your online influence.
3. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
4. The "About Us" page should be well-written, engaging, and visually appealing to capture your customers' attention and encourage them to browse your clothing store.
5. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user ratings and the number of ratings on the products will help users to make decisions about whether to buy your product or not.
6. Add a sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
Hope this helps
Gina
