Hi dear community. I literally don't understand what's wrong with my store. I'm running ads and I got around 1,8K visitors in the past weeks but I didn't get even 1 order.... I'm just speechless & don't know what to do next.

This is my website ( www.shakewherever.com )

Hi @ShakeWherever ,

This is Victor from  PageFly - Landing Page Builder App.

I did take a deep look into your web design. I see your page is very beautiful and elegant. For the design improvements, I would recommend a few things below:

1. Make the header sticky

Sticky headers allow customers to easily access menu navigation regardless if they scroll down or up on your page. Customers can also use the sticky header to quickly reach the product search area.

2. Add the Call to action button to the banner

The first 5-second impression is really important. Having a clear CTA button above the fold can encourage site visitors to take action.

3. Style Product Price to Be Highly Visible

Place the product price in the “Buy” section and increase its visibility by using a large font size (similar in size to the product headline), bold text style, or eye-catching color.

4. Check zoom-in function on the picture

You shouldn't add zoom-in icon here if it can't be clickable.

You can remove it or add a real zoom-in button.

5. Add testimonial - customer reviews

Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. This section will help you build customers' trust. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.

Furthermore, for the upcoming Valentine's Day, will you run any campaigns? Here are some promotion ideas for your campaigns, I hope they will be useful for you.

1. Personalize Your Offer for Valentine's Day

Gift-giving is almost like a ritual on Valentine’s day. You can make the most out of it by offering products around Valentine's theme.

  • If you already have products that people buy on Valentine’s Day, give them a little touch of love. It doesn’t matter if you’re selling a digital or a physical product.
  • If you don’t have a physical product, you can still curate special Valentine's Day offers around your services that can be used on Valentine’s Day like “two for one” or “buy one, get one” deals.

2. Mention Your Delivery Time & Rates Clearly

Delivery time is one of those things that can make or break your business. And if it’s some holiday, buyers take the delivery dates too seriously. To convert these visitors into potential buyers, mention your delivery dates clearly across your website, app, and emails. Also, specify the last date to place an order to reach on time.

PageFlyVictor_5-1675160360469.png

3. Create Gift Guides

As mentioned earlier, Valentine’s Day is the season of gift-giving. But, when it comes to finding a perfect gift, people have what’s called a perpetual dilemma.

You can do this by making Valentine's day gift guide. Break the guide into sections based on gender, interests, or personality traits like this:

  • By Category: Valentine’s Day gifts for her/him, couples, teenagers
  • By Price Range: Best Valentine’s Day gift under $25, $50, $100
  • By Interest: Gift ideas for art lovers, dog lovers, and foodies

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Warmest regards,

Victor | PageFly

Hi @ShakeWherever, besides some tweaks that can be done on the website, are you sure you want to sell it at that price?
I can find the same product at a lower price on amazon

Well, all the products used for dropshipping business can be purchased on amazon for less price...

@ShakeWherever and that's why many Shopify stores failed.
9/10 people interested in buying your product will go check if the product is on amazon. Think about yourself, if you see an ad and let's say that you like the product, wouldn't you go check on google/amazon to see if you can find it cheaper?

You need to create a brand that allows you to differentiate from the same product people can find on amazon, otherwise it's pretty obvious that you won't get any sales when amazon is cheaper and with a better support service.

As a customer, the pictures are not all really good i think. It's not easy to swap image. And the text like that is looking very cheap. For the price i don't know, maybe too expensive without promo

I don’t know why it is reflecting on your screen like that. Cause on mine it looks like this, and it doesn’t seem “cheap” as u said

Hey there,

first of all I see incompatibility between shop and product. Product is clean, white, light design with light fonts but shop is dark, hard bold fonts.

1. home page: personally I dont like featured product on home page. Try to make home page with sections like this: bigger image (half screen image) + description/explanation only (half screen). So this how will be clean what your product is

2. Product page: add trust badges. You can use app like this https://apps.shopify.com/trusticon-guarantees-features?search_id=06d622b8-52ec-40c6-b5c7-49a21bfaaa3...

3. Contact page - email address is missing - put email and this will boost your customers trust. If you can, put phone number also or add chat option

Hope this will help

Cheers,
