Why is my online store subscription showing as unavailable or inactive?

Hey I paid for a Shopify store subscription January 30th and right after I put in my card information and stuff I was kicked off the site. My account is now showing as unavailable/inactive. My store launch is set for valentine’s Day and i am still waiting for someone from business operations to reach out to me. 

I have made multiple chats to Shopify’s support team and they cannot give me an estimate as to when someone will contact me. It’s been a week and I just don’t know where else to turn.

Hello Proadvert98 I have reached out to support multiple times on the issue and they said all I can do is wait until someone from operations contacts me. 

They also suggested I create another store for the time being just so I can start designing. Then when and if operations reach out to me I can have them transfer my domain to my new store. Creating another store is not something I want to do. I just want my store to be active. Waiting 7 days for a response is unacceptable.

So sorry about your situation pal, I can only imagine how frustrating it must feel like. Hopefully, you are given more clarity soon or you could message them again in the next couple of days.
