Why is my online store suddenly unavailable?

I have been using by store for a while now, suddenly I was sent an email that am using unlicensed theme. I then realized that the store is no longer visible to my customers. It says the store is not AVAILABLE. WHAT CAN I DO 😔 PLS HELP AM LOOSING MONEY  Semolte.com

Your online store has become unavailable because it's using an unlicensed theme, which violates Shopify's terms of service. To resolve this issue:

1. Remove the Unlicensed Theme: Log in to your Shopify admin panel, navigate to Online Store > Themes, and delete the unlicensed theme from your account. Shopify Help Center
2. Select a Licensed Theme: Choose and install a licensed theme from the Shopify Theme Store or opt for one of Shopify's free themes.
3. Contact Shopify Support: If your store remains unavailable after these steps, reach out to Shopify's live support team for assistance. Shopify Community

Please note that it may take some time for your store to become accessible again after removing the unlicensed theme. To prevent future disruptions, always use properly licensed themes from reputable sources.
