Why is my shop blocked?

We was running a Store using Shopify. Today We are setting up the store, without any details for which reason our store was blocked and which violation we did in details, our store was blocked.

Can I unblock my shop? Or tell me the reason for the ban. My bound credit card also bought a lot of plug-ins and needed a refund.

Hi @Sienna1, thanks for reaching out here.

Can I ask what makes you believe your store has been blocked? Can you share with me a screenshot please of what you see when you attempt to login currently? This will really help me see which trouble shooting steps would be best to try. As a first step - can you please try all of the following steps to rule out a local device or browser issue causing the problem:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.  
  • Try on another web browser or an incognito window.   
  • When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.    
  • Try another device or on the Shopify Mobile app.
  • Try another internet connection (example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)  
  • Ensure there are no pop ups being blocked in the web browser.   
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on the device

I change payment credit card, and then shop have been blocked.
