I just had look into your website, It's looking good. I observed few points on your website, I hope those are helpful for your website.

-> You can use open new tab on the links on the footer section and items on grid page, then customers are spent more time on your store.
-> You can add the item reviews under product page, Item reviews can help give customers that additional propel they have to confide in your online shop and finish their buy. I would suggest including item reviews too, as reviews for customers to share their positive experience thus different customers can see the reviews and be influenced to purchase.
- > You can show MRP price and if you can increase your products through shopify Apps
-> You can Add blog page, Blog initially used to provide a unique way for people to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, and opinions and It is a huge opportunity to increase your company's visibility.
-> You can improve your Testimonials. Testimonials take the spotlight away from the seller, and shine it on the customer. Adding client testimonials to your website can be an extremely effective way to establish trust and strengthen your company's reputation. They are extremely powerful tools when it comes to strengthening your branding.

Further, if you like to implement customer engagement in your store I suggest you to install our Shopify app Tuecus. It helps for you Increasing of sales. And it gives you Attractive Customer Dashboard and Raises The Store Revenue. Customizations Available.

Hi @nonhle96

This is PageFly - a Free Shopify Landing Page Builder. I would love to provide my recommendation for your store based on 5 years of providing solutions for over 90.000 active Shopify merchants.

I have just taken a thorough look at your website and I was so impressed with the products. Basically, I think the HD images make your products of great quality.

However, I want to make some recommendations so that your store could become more attractive and trustworthy.

1. Home page

Make the menu sticky

A sticky menu header helps customers to reach out to the menu and access the menu anytime they want. This helps customers feel rest assured and they can search anytime when they scroll up or down on the home page.

Add a favicon to your store

Having a favicon for your store will make your store unique and help customers easily recognize it. You can check this article to know how to add it

Add CTA button on the featured image

You have a very eye-catching featured image, but lack a CTA button. You might need to add it right away to increase the conversion rate.

About Us

I think this section is kind of About Us. However, it would be better if the image there is full width and the paragraph is longer with more details. It should show the USPs of your business as well as the main value for the customer by highlighting the main points.

Collection List

The collection should not be left blank there, or else it would create an unprofessional look. You should centre the 2 collections below

You should not place products here without any title, at least you should let it be “Best-sellers”. One more important thing to bear in mind is that: All details of the product should not be placed right on the homepage, because it will bring about a negative impact on the conversion rate and customer satisfaction. Not to mention the product is not linked to elsewhere. Instead, I highly recommend you should only place the product there with image (please use the same size images if you want them to display as recommendation), name, price and CTA. Don’t forget to add “Hover image” so that the customer will feel more curious about what you are selling.

You should consider adding testimonials to your homepage, so that your brand trust can be improved

It would be great if you put all the options as the screenshot below in one row, and add some Social Icons to connect with your customers via other channels as well.

Also, having a sticky live chat is perfect. But if you can remove the white space underneath that icon.. BINGO… People would be in touch with you more than ever!

2. Product Page

  • Add “Feature Callout” images to highlight specific components or characteristics of products
  • Place the product price in the “Buy” section and increase its visibility by using a large font size (similar in size to the product headline), bold text style, or outstanding color
  • Ensure the return policy is available in the main content of the product page, either through a link or as a product page section.
  • 3 CTA buttons like this can make the customers confused

  • The up and down arrows inside quantity box are so hard to use because of their tiny sizes
  • Shipping policy should be put under the “Add to cart” button.
  • Avoid drop-down menu: Always use swatches to display and select color variations (not drop-downs) and ensure the main product image changes to the selected color.
  • Add review bar and review section for the customers to feedback.

=> What helps you to build your store more easily, especially what helps you to you build all options I comment on above is a page builder.

It would be a good choice for you to have attractive and powerful pages quickly and you will have lots more time focusing on marketing strategies, so you can consider checking PageFly.

Hello @nonhle96

Hope you are doing good. Your store looks nice and here are few suggestions.

Add a Favicon, which helps customer to find you when they have multiple tabs in their browser.

Make Sticky header for easy navigation.

Add Shop Now (CTA) on the Hero banner.

There are no reviews on your products. Add customer review app, so that customer can review on the product.

Boost your sales with Word of mouth strategy . You can consider an app from the shopify app store  which helps to increase your sales further.

There is no terms and conditions checkbox at checkout. I suggest you to install an app from shopify app store which provides 'I agree to the Terms and Conditions' before checkout .As it makes easy for the customer to read your terms and policies.

Add About us page and tell the story of your business to your customers and help them to connect to your brand.

You can also sell your products on Etsy marketplace. If you are already selling on Etsy store consider our Etsy Integration app in the shopify app store.

Hey @nonhle96,

Sorry to hear, that has to be really discouraging. I've taken a look through your store, hopefully my feedback will provide some insight as to what is going on.

That main banner area is prime real estate for selling.  One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? What words or phrases do they use that you can as well to show that you understand their needs. We recommend using this type of text in your banner. For the format, we recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product, a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:

Your logo is one of those things that holds a lot of weight in how professional or unprofessional your store looks. I would highly recommend having a professional logo done up for your store, it’s a worthy investment.

Once your logo is finished, you can match the fonts and colors in your store to your logo. This is going to level up your store even more and make you look very professional.

If you want to add pops of color, it's best to do it on things like buttons, link colors and your navigation bar. When you start changing background colors and font colors, it quickly becomes too much and starts taking away from where the focus should be - on your products.

This is something we see very commonly on the forums. People tend to start shops selling things like jewelry, clothing, tech and etc. The problem with this is that these types of items can already be purchased offline in hundreds retail stores as well as online through thousands and thousands of online stores. When a person is searching for a clothing item or a piece of jewelry in Google, these big companies with massive marketing budgets are who is showing up in search results and who you are competing with for customers.

Now, a person can complete IF they give people a reason to purchase from them vs. the other guys. An example of this might be someone who sells locally, their "reason" as to why you should purchase from them vs the other guy is because they are local and a lot of people are passionate about shopping local. In addition to this, they can also get products to their customers faster and can offer incentives such as free local delivery.
I would think about all your "whys" and what sets you apart and use that in your marketing and in the text in your store.

If you cannot find a way to set yourself apart in the market, it is time to move on to a different product. What we recommend is selling winning products. A winning product choice should have these qualities:

  1. High demand. Look for "problem fixing products".
  2. Not easily accessible. Look for products that are not available in stores or online through big retailers or Amazon.
  3. Popular. Look for trending products.
  4. Good profit margin. We recommend 3x what it costs you for the product.

We did a video that explains how and where to find winning products that you can watch here:

PS: If you decide to give Ecomhunt a try (one of the methods we recommend for finding winning products), here is our affiliate link:

Using our affiliate link does not cost you anything extra, it tells Ecomhunt we sent you and we may receive earnings for that referral.

We regularly post a selection of winning products on our YouTube channel, here is our latest one:

I’d recommend working on your product descriptions. There are things you can add in and change in order to increase conversions. We did a video all about this which you can watch here:

There is a lot more to unpack but I will leave it at that for now. If you would like to talk to us 1-1, we offer sessions where we take a look at your store, identify the greatest issues holding you back, then provide solutions and advice. You can email us at for more information.
