Feedback for your online store from the community
I’d love some feedback on my store. I’ve been up a little over a month with only one sale. I’m up to over 2000 site visits per month. I have a regular cadence for social posts and paid media campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads. I’m wondering if my store design is the problem. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I understand that experiencing low sales can be frustrating. I want to assure you that we are here to help you through this issue. I’d love to give you my suggestions as hereby:
1. Make your logo bigger
You might consider creating a larger logo for their online store for several compelling reasons:
2. Have secondary hover images
There are a few strategies you can use for your secondary hover images:
Secondary hover images will help customers see different views of the products so that they can easily gain trust and make Buying decisions.
In your case, customers cannot accurately identify crucial product qualities such as what's inside the journal or what makes your journals different from others.
3. Add more Add to cart buttons
The Add to Cart button is the most critical thing we recommend you include. Users will be able to fill up their shopping carts in one session and then complete the purchase transaction without entering the product page. It will undoubtedly increase your conversion.

Definitely have a competitive analysis. No remarketing campaign running yet (1 email collected). Abandoned cart and abandoned browse automations set up, but again, ineffective due to lack of emails collected. Pop-up with discount added to encourage signups.
Hello @nybbfan79,
I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.
I've taken a look at your store and found there are quite a few things which if added can increase sales.
1. You can add testimonials on the home page to make the store look more professional. Testimonials allow your satisfied customers to step forward and address the questions and objections that fill the minds of your prospective buyers for you.
2. A FAQ would be useful to provide quick information to help customers make a purchasing decision and also to reduce the time your employees need to answer simple questions.
3. Add average ratings for each product
Including both user rating and number of ratings on the products will help users to make decision whether to buy your product or not.
4. Remove Powered by Shopify from footer and add your own branding to your store footer.
5. Add more specific product title/url in product pages.
Creating the perfect SEO product title/url can help the search engine understand exactly what it is you are selling and drive more traffic to your site. So try to keep the product title/url unique and more specific.

Hi there, I personally don't think your store design is the problem. I think you have done a good job with it honestly. It is complete and easy to navigate and you have a nice blog section. It could just be an economic thing. Journals and planners might night be high priority on consumers priority lists at the moment. Are you taking advantage of Googles free product listings?
I haven’t but that’s a great idea. Thank you for the feedback! I’ll jump into that and see if it can move the needle.
