SHOPIFY IS THE MOST INCOMPETENT,  RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!  THEY CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON, MAKE YOU WAIT 120 DAYS TO HAVE YOUR FUNDS RELEASED TO YOU AFTER CLOSING IT, THEN THEY DO NOT REPLY TO YOU OR EVEN ATTEMPT TO HELP YOU AFTER ESCALATING YOUR ISSUE WITH THEM STILL NOT RELEASING YOUR FUNDS AFTER THAT 120 DAYS IS FINALLY UP!!!  THEY DO NOTHING BUT IGNORE YOUR ATTEMPTS TO GET THEIR HELP!!!!

At least i’m not alone, Shopify has destroyed my business. They ban me, refuse to tell me the reason hold my funds. THEN F****** IGNORE ME INDEFINITELY. It’s honestly a joke it’s unprofessional it’s disgraceful from such a huge company. I get banned then they escalate my case, I contact them again 10+ times told the same lie it’s been made a priority and I’ll get a response ASAP. But I never do. I then decided I’m not going to let Shopify destroy my business so I went and spent sleepless nights re building it myself. Everything was going well until I GOT BANNED AGAIN. I thought it would be different but again NO RESPONSE. I’ve lost so much business and time over this. I am absolutely fed up and devestated with Shopify.
