This is my first week doing this, and I've seen 47% reached checkout, but 0 added to cart.

how long does it take to start getting sales?  I'm running a fb ad, and pinterest, getting very few clicks.

Hi @Jill61

Without getting too specific, I think the main issue with your site is lack of trust. Shoppers have concerns when buying from unfamiliar stores, some of which can be addressed easily, here's a few suggestions:

1. Get your own domain name rather than a Shopify one.

2. Have easily accessible shipping & returns policies.

3. Have an about us section - tell your story.

4. Get and Display product reviews.

5. Display trust icons like money-back guarantee, returns, SSL security, secure checkout, free exchanges, and 24/7 customer support. These elements reassure customers about their shopping experience.

6. Make a good first impression - I notice your hero button on home page still says "Button label", and you can't read your logo

A few things to think about, hope it helps

Turn visitors into customers with a Shopify store audit - identify barriers to purchase and how to fix them.
