Why isn't my card payment method showing on my website after support approval?

The support sent me a mail that my shopify payements documents are accepted but the card method still not appear on my website and support take more the 7 hours to repond me every time/

Please help

In this case, it would be best to reach out to our live support to have a further look into the issue. 
With that being said, you can get in touch with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner. 
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
