Feedback for your online store from the community
I’m not sure what we’re doing wrong - so we’ve had almost 2000 people visit the store over the last week and we haven’t managed to sell a single thing, also the people don´t see the page, - we put ads for Instagram and online store specialist - is anyone able to check out our site and provide feedback please
Thanks a lot

Hey @Jallys ,
This is Namit from One Day Design. I would be happy to give you some feedback.
To run a successful Shopify store, you need to think about the customer journey. We will break down your store in a customer-centric + data-driven way.
Customer-Centric: We will use the best CRO practices, human psychology, and a customer-centric approach to improve your website. Here are my suggestions:
Home Page -
First Header- You don't need "Aquemishop." Remove
Second Header: Capitalize or at least title case "shipping free over $50". Make this "FREE SHIPPING OVER 50$."
Navigation: Reduce the size of the Navigation Bar. This is wasted space.
- Your headers lead to the same place. The catalog has new arrivals and sportswear
- Remove the "Home" Header. Your logo already takes people to Home
Favicon: Add a favicon to the page
Hero Section:
- Hero Title: Talk about some form of benefit that you will provide to the customer. Why should they choose you over your competitors? Is it your exceptional quality? Is it your styles? Make this a benefit-focused title
- CTA: Add a CTA to this section. This could lead to the product page or your latest collections
- Social Proof: Talk about the number of people who have purchased these products, ratings, reviews, etc.
Collections Page:
- Change this to 3 per row for bigger images
- Add tags like "Best Selling" or "Customer Favorite" to help with decision making
Product Page:
- Add Social Proof!
- Add benefits in bullet points
- Is this targeted towards English-speaking countries? Your sizing says tamano
- Materials is empty
- Talk about free returns etc.
Remember, the apparel industry is brutal. Any time your customer feels that this is an amateur company, they will buy from your competitor. Moreover, any mistake on your website and you lose a sale.
I recommend hiring a professional to make your website more conversion focused. Your website should "wow" your potential customers.
Data-Driven Approach: After implementing these best practices, make sure you analyze data from Analytics + Hotjar. Keep reiterating on what is not working.
Feel free to email me or DM me if you have more questions. I spent about 5 minutes on your website. Happy to do a full 3-hour teardown and design some mockups.
okay are the visitors adding your products to cart
Hello @Jallys,
It's important to address the issue of poor image quality on your website. Using higher-quality images can significantly improve the overall attractiveness of your site and potentially boost sales. Additionally, take the time to optimize the size of your images, particularly on the product page. Try next-gen formatting and properly sizing your images to improve loading speed and overall user experience.
If you need any further assistance or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Best regards,
Anastasia
