Why isn't my store's image banner displaying on iPhone?

Hi

When I go to my shopify store on my iphone, the theme or image banner; ie. the main image, is missing. 

It displays on desktop. One discussion said the image must be mobile ready. I also see that 'mobile image slideshow' in customize> menu is not there. I chatted with a shopify person and she couldn't help me with either.

I didn't use a theme option in the theme library. I made my image banner in canva following the correct size. 

Any assistance is appreciated. I tried to include screenshot but my apps wont convert png to psv.

Hello, thanks for your quick response. I'm going to start at square one and review the image I have and make sure the size etc is correct. If not I may need some assistance.

Thank you - that's what I'm going to check today. I may have to go with a shopify theme and see if that works.
