Hello @SabaK2,

Greetings from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot! I am Gina, and I am here to help.

What other gadget did you try? I tried on my mobile phone and your store is loading without any issues.

* I would advise clearing the browser cache and cookies on the device that is having trouble accessing the website. This can often solve issues related to outdated or corrupted data stored in the browser.
* Try accessing the website using a different browser on the device. If the issue is with the browser, this may help you determine if it is a browser-specific issue.
* Restart the device and try accessing the website again. Sometimes a simple restart can solve connectivity issues.
