Feedback for your online store from the community
Hi everyone,
I recently launched my e-commerce website: paelora.com As a beginner, I’ve been running ads at $20/day for the past two days, but I haven’t made any sales yet not even newsletter sign-ups.
I’d really appreciate any honest and constructive feedback, especially from a UX/UI perspective. I’d love to understand what might be blocking conversions or discouraging visitors.
Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to review it!
Hello @bebelle12 Your store is pretty impressive especially since you mentioned you built it as a beginner, here’s a couple pieces of advice I’ll offer
1) You should add a short video or two involving models wearing your product on the homepage to make it appear even more appealing. Preferably in the introductory section
2) Add some FAQs on the homepage as well. It’s a clear avenue for showing customers clarity on certain details
Thank you for your feedback
I downloaded your app hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, the live chat isn’t available. It’s really discouraging, especially when you’re trying to get quick support.
Hi @bebelle12
The size variants are not correct on product details page
Where are you spending $20 per day? Are you targeting the right audience?
Blog there are no images

Top menu and mega menu as another menu taking too much space
Please mention return address on website
Are you drop shipping your business
Hi @bebelle12,
Thanks for reaching out to the community. We are MooseDesk, a comprehensive Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk App designed to elevate your customer support experience.
Congrats on your new store! It has quite enough essential information. However, we can make it even better. Here are some of my recommendations to improve customer experience, please kindly check.
1. Adjust the text and bullet format
I can see that the bullet point and the text in the description are not on the same line with each other. Please consider adjusting the position of them to improve visual consistency.
Bonus tips: You can turn these bullet points into hover-reveal tooltips or clickable tabs that open your blog post to briefly explain or show examples (like pairing ideas). This adds a layer of interactivity that keeps users engaged.
2. Add date delivery to checkout page
Offering a firm delivery date can set you apart from competitors who only provide estimates, potentially influencing purchasing decisions.
Also, customers can plan around a definite date, which is especially important for time-sensitive purchases like gifts or event-related items.
For example: Arrives “April 10th to April 14th” is still better than “3-7 Business Days”
3. Add a search bar to your FAQ page
A search bar will help your customers find relevant information quickly without having to scroll down all the way to the bottom.
I suggest exploring MooseDesk App - a free Live Chat, FAQ & Helpdesk. MooseDesk provides auto-reply features during non-business hours, a proactive help center, and a user-friendly widget layout, offering an effective solution to enhance customer support on your platform.

Hi @bebelle12,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.
I would be happy to review your website and provide feedback on the performance. Here are my recommendations to improve your conversion rate:
I don’t see your ads so I can’t make detailed recommendations on your landing page. But here are some recommendations from “Databox”. You can check more in this article.
“When CTR is high but the conversion rate is low that indicates a problem with the landing page, which is most commonly due to a lack of effective calls-to-action (CTA) on the page. The solution is to create a clear CTA like a “Buy Now” or “Read More” button. The CTA can be a clickable image overlaid with a small amount of text or a simple button.”
Improve SEO
Taking the time to ensure your web pages are properly optimized can help increase your organic traffic, meaning more potential customers browsing your products. SEO strategies can drive site traffic to your Shopify website effectively.
For an average small e-commerce store, you should get at least 1000 visitors per month to start having a stable source for sales.
Here are some basic elements you should check:
Title Tags & Meta Descriptions:
