Hi, @DennisKist. I'm happy to help you out with this!
The error you described typically happens when a valid payment method is not on file. Another reason this can occur is if the username for your staff profile says your store name as your first name and "Admin" as your last name. Since you've said that you have two payment methods on file for your account, I recommend double checking the username you have set up for your staff profile. You can do this by selecting your profile at the top right of your Shopify admin and clicking Manage account. From there, you'll want to make sure your actual details are written within the First name and Last name settings.
If the payment still isn't working after trying that, please reach out to our support team through the Help Center here. We can't see your account details here over the Shopify Community, but if you contact us through the page I shared we should be able to see more information about the attempted payments and why they weren't accepted.
Please let me know if you have any questions!

This worked for me. Thanks.
Also the Shopify.com website runs incredibly slow. Maybe it could be my computer. Idk if anyone else has had a similar grievance
That did the trick, thank you so much!
