I have made changes to my clothing store as per feedback from previous cost. I sell Indian ethnic productz that are slightly on expensive side for a middle class customer. However, as per Indian culture every person kind of buys one every 1-3 years. 

 

I have made some changes to make my website look professional and authentic. My landing page is: https://shreejivastralaya.com/collections/karvachauth

My aim is to make the webpage look authentic and convertable. 

Majority of customers are from mobile platform so please focus on mobile view.

Since most of your traffic comes from mobile users, it’s crucial that the product images are clear and professional to showcase the quality of your items. You might also consider simplifying the layout for easier navigation on smaller screens. Trust-building elements like customer reviews or testimonials can help create authenticity, especially given the higher price point. A loyalty program with Gameball could help with that since you can use it to reward customers for leaving reviews or posting on social media.

Hello @kkavya First things first, the clothes look absolutely stunning on the product images so good job on that. However, I recommend that you display a little bit less of them on the homepage if possible? It felt like endless scrolling which could tire some customers out so I’d suggest dividing the products into categories and then displaying just like 2/3 of the top of the ones each on the homepage.

It would be good to include the accepted methods of payment at the bottom of the homepage so customers get to know this ahead of time as well.

I highly recommend adding more product images to make it look more trustworthy and professional. You can consider adding 3-5 Images that show products from at least a few different angles or show the product materials in detail. It will increase the chances of customers clicking Add to cart.

3. Add a live chat section

Live chat assists potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time. This can prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.

I explored your website with mobile view, and it’s truly impressive! However, I have a few suggestions that could make it even better:
1. On this screen, I couldn’t tell that I could scroll horizontally to view more products. You might want to adjust the layout, perhaps by showing a portion of the next image or reducing the size, so users can see the pagination and know they can scroll for more.

2. Some images are cut off on the models, which makes the website feel less professional. On this screen, I also couldn’t find the 'Choose Options' CTA because there’s too much unused space.

3. The infinite scroll setup makes it harder to browse through all the products, especially those at the bottom. Switching to a staggered layout showing two products side by side could improve the experience. You can look at mobile apps like SHEIN or Pinterest, or large e-commerce sites for inspiration on how they display products.
