Congrats on your branding, I like the minimalism of your website (white background and one predominant branded colour for the rest) and I can see the efforts you made to maintain design consistency across different pages.

I have some feedback on your mobile product page, as this is where I'm specialised (mobile traffic usually accounts for more than 2/3 of the overall traffic)

  • Add Reviews/testimonial to build trust with your future clients, this should be a priority as this clearly helps you convert (use Yotpo or Loox)
  • Make use of the touchscreen whenever possible (on mobile clicks, pinch-to-zoom, swipe should all lead to a specific action on your page)
  • Use native-like formats and navigation (navigate with scroll & swipe or click, like Zara for instance or Instagram)
  • Your CTA or Buy Now button is not clearly visible on your product page. Currently your logo takes too much place and when you land on your page on mobile you are encline to click on the rather than Buy Now. So reduce your logo and recenter your product images to make it more central, the Buy now button should be accessible from anywhere in the page (Floating Button) 


  • You could add a Size Guide near the CTA buttons

Your idea of the web layout is good, so here I want to add more details to help you make the store perfect and increase conversion rate:


1, Reduce the size of header

Currently the header is taking too much space, which makes the hero banner less attractive and leaves blank space on the side.

To fix this, you can consider rearranging the header, with logo on the left side and menu tabs on the right side. 




2, Make sure the banner captures the most attention.

  • A full-width banner will create a better impression
  • Banner is the most attractive section on the page, so having sale text and/or a Call-to-action button on the banner will help increase conversion rate for your store
  • If you have text on the banner, make sure to fully show it to prevent confusion.




3, Make product list looks more professional and high-converting

  • It's recommended to use same size images for products, in this ways the list will be more professional
  • Have Add-to-cart button under each products to encourage customers to start shopping, thus increase the conversion rate for home page
  • Add secondary hover images for the products, so customers can have a better look at the product quickly without the need to check the product page.   




4, Reduce blank space on footer

  • You can try rearranging the layout of footer to minimize the unnecessary blank space.
  • It’s also recommended to add logo to your footer, not only to reduce empty space, but also to increase brand awareness




5, Use Load More button instead of Pagination.

When we use Pagination, the products on the last page are less likely to be bought. You can consider using Load More button to keep the flow of user experience

@Growave is here. First of all, I would like to compliment your store design and its visual appeal. You have done a great job. However, I've noticed you don’t use e-marketing tools that can help you to increase sales. Therefore, I suggest you start using them:

  • Social Login. Implement an opportunity to log in and sign up using a social media account. This feature provides easier access to a customer's account and enables creating an account within one click. No need for complicated passwords and confirmations through personal e-mail. Moreover, you can use gained data for customer retention and cart abandonment.
  • Reviews. Add reviews to products in order to build customer trust and social proof. Reviews have the ability to increase customer engagement and raise conversion rates.
  • Instagram. Link your profile on Instagram to your store and turn your profile visitors into customers. I highly recommend taking advantage of that and add Instagram galleries with apparel and accessories on your home page. It will drive traffic to your site as well as to your profile. Example:



  • Blog

Adding a blog page will make your shop more credible and relatable. It will provide new clients with a sense of confidence in their purchases. Tell your visitors more about collections and lookbooks. You can describe more about markets and festivals in Byron Bay. Also, constantly adding new content to your blog will positively impact SEO. 

  • Referral program

Use a Referral program in order to give customers an opportunity of sharing your products with friends and getting rewarded for that. Through a referral program, you encourage customers to grow your brand community.
