Hello everyone!
DUK is a handmade tablecloth brand and we recently launched its shop on Shopify. It's been a week and a half since launch and being a digital professional, everything (social media, paid media and email marketing) was activated in order to drive the right traffic and reach the targeted audience.
Analytics show good performance, CTRs are good, bounce rate is pretty balanced, shop speed is top according to PageSpeed Insights (100% for both mobile and desktop) and Google ads are 100% optimised. So basically we're doing it all by the book and trying to apply all best practices.
We haven't yet made a sale but we believe it will come! 

We feel we're doing it right, however any constructive feedback is an absolute need and more than welcome!

you didn't provide a link, but I found your store.  

The first thing i notice is your announcementbar, it seems way to simple. It dosent give any information. Just a simple "welcome to our store" Here you could easily give away some benefits of shopping on your store, like free shipping, handmade product, etc. what works best for your business/product. 

The menu on desktop is the "hamburger" menu with 3 lines. In e-commerce its important to have as few clicks as possible, to have a higher conversion rate. 
So as it is now, your customers have to do the following. 
Click the hamburger menu -> click on a menu item. 
If you made the menu visible all time, it would just be to click a menu item. 
So we can cut down from 2 steps to 1 step at desktop. 

Next up is your main slider image. It shows happy people, and a short text "The best memories are made around a table." 
If I just landed on your shop for the first time, I might don't know what you're selling. The information provided in the image doesn't tell anything about a "handmade tablecloth" so at this point I wouldn't be sure what you're selling. 
I also think that it would be a lot better to provide a video, with your table cloths to a party. To let people get the feeling of "The best memories are made around a table."

After the image, you have 2 featured collections. Where you show the products and thats all for the homepage. 

Your footer is almost non-visible as it's just payment logos, and the bar to change the country. 
The legal stuff at the bottom is there, but it's difficult to notice at first sight. 

You're creating-memories page is much better, but it still too generic and boring. A lot of text people probably won't read and still just images. And you even show the same image as the main image. 

Under the tablecloths/placemats/outlet menu item it shows no products. As you have added a filter in the navigation. So you should remove that from the navigation to the products that will show. 
else your customers should click the "remove all" to remove the filter you added. 
it will definitely have a big impact on your conversion rate, as when people can't find the product easily they will bounce from the site.

product page: 
Your product page is really simple. The images of the products is good, but we need some more feel good images, that get us in the right mood or video that will highlight the product. 
Its to basic to say it. And the same goes for the rest of the product page, its just the product and some text, nothing more under the product.

About us page: 
I like that you write a lot about it what it is, its history, etc. But you need to make it way more personal. 
Show a picture of "Anabela and Jorge" with the products, let us know who runs the business. It will provide more trust, and make the chance for a customer will purchase bigger. 

My overall rating at the moment will be 2,5/10. Sorry for the low score. 
I think it's a start and you could probably with some smaller changes get a good shop. 
but as it is at the moment I think it's way too basic, I don't get the personal touch, the right feeling or the mood. So I think a lot will bounce. If you apply some of my advices, i think it would be a better shop. But overall I think it would be best to maybe find someone, who can give your shop the right touch to it.

Thanks for the feedback. This is all new for us though... 
We still have to create mood and lifestyle images, product pics on a real setup etc etc. We know there's a big space for improvement and it will come but alike any other small business, it takes time. Still a lot to be done but we'll get there!

hey so i took a look at your site, and i think what you're struggling with is a low converting site due to the lack of content on your site. When i take a look, it seems you only have products on your home page/landing page. That's it. Not much done. I think you need to focus on redesiging the landing page and add high quality content to your site as well.

5. Add sticky header
Adding sticky header allow users to quickly access the navigation, search, and utility-navigation elements without scrolling up to the top of the page. They increase the discoverability of the elements in the header and the chance that users will take advantage of them.
6. Use blogging
Blogging is a great technique to increase the traffic and ranking of your website. If you blog consistently with high-quality content over a long period, your site will rank higher for specific keywords or topics.
7. Add CTA button like Shop Now, Buy Now in the Home page header banner
The Call To Action(CTA) is a key element on a webpage, acting as a signpost that lets the user know what to do next. Without a clear CTA, the user may not know the next steps to take to purchase a product or sign up for a newsletter and is likely to leave the site without accomplishing their task.
8. Take out the "Powered by Shopify" label in the footer and introduce your own branding elements to the footer of your store.
