Here are some feedbacks:

1. Homepage: Good titles but no offers!

If I was you, instead of the simple banner and the "Shop" button, I'd put an eyecatching offer there.


2. Product Page: Where is the promotion offer?

First of all, it's wise that you have put a product on your homepage banner that has some good reviews, but when I land on the page, I'd like to see if you have any discount offer or not. I scrolled down a lot to see whether you have any additional offers or not. It's better to show the offer at the beginning, just below the "Add to Cart" button.

One suggestion I could give you in order to enhance customer experience is to try using high quality 3D images in the Product Page - it will definitely convert customers into clients!

Congratulation's on launching your store! I've taken a look through and have a few suggestions.


First, the main banner area is prime real estate for selling. One of the keys of selling is getting inside your customers head, what problem do they have that you can solve? What words or phrases do they use that you can as well to show that you understand their needs. We recommend having a professional photo of your products, a title introducing your brand or product,  a line of text underneath that expands on your title and a call to action button such as "Shop Now". Here is an example:


Next, the top bar where you have the free shipping notice - I'd recommend swapping out that light purple for the same purple in your logo, here is the HEX code: #7b6bb0

On your collection pages, the picture behind the titles are blurry. This happens when you are trying to use an image that is too small for the given area. It gets stretched out to fit and then you get that blurry pixelated look.


Here are some free stock photo sites you can use to find higher quality images:

Additionally, I would also recommend changing the title text that is in front of the photo to the same script font you are using in your logo.

Moving onto marketing. First, awesome job - I see you are on YouTube and a number of other social platforms as well. I'd encourage you to keep going with YouTube, create videos that your target audience would like - recipes, teaching about saffron, etc. If you are not on TikTok already, sign up for an account and start creating videos of you making recipes with your products or a behind the scenes look at your business.  Do voiceovers, talk about how you started or experiences you've had. Have a link to your shop in your profile for people to shop. You can do IG reels but TikTok is a whole lot easier/faster to grow on right now.

Next, utilize Shopify's sales channels and connect your Facebook and Instagram to your store. This way you can tag your products and have them lead to your store when clicked.

You can also expand your sales channels and promote your products on Google Shopping using the AllFetch Google Shopping Feed app (it's free). It allows you to easily syncing your products from your Shopify store to the Google Merchant Center.

Add a referral program, it helps in increasing sales and creates brand awareness. You can ask your customers to refer a product to their friends and family. When the product is referred by some known, people tend to purchase the product. The referral program helps in increasing sales. You can give a reward for referring the product to someone.

Add a web push notification - It turns visitors into subscribers and subscribers into customers. It’s a powerful and effective marketing tool adopted by online businesses to reach out to and interact with their audience, keep them updated about any important information, announcing sales and offers, and eventually driving more eCommerce conversions.
