Add another shop front to my existing shop

Hi there - I have a Shopify store currently which is retail goods but am wanting to open a secondary brand which compliments my store which is a booking/workshop related brand. This new brand compliments my store and will lead to retail sales for what I sell. How can I change the header logo to differentiate this to my customers and set up a few pages like this all with the new brand logo?
