Custom checkout on mobile with Stripe

How can you implement a custom checkout that accepts credit cards in the mobile app(that uses Shopify iOS/Android SDK)?  Can I implement Stripe SDKs for Android/iOS for collecting credit card details? Can Shopify and Stripe integrate like that?  What level of PCI compliance do I need then?  Is there some better way of collecting credit card info in mobile apps (for both android and iOS)?

In Shopify we have no control of checkout page.
