GDPR Webhook's Problem - Shopify Community

Hey Guys, We are implementing GDPR policy webhooks. We are deleting the customer and shop data based on your policy. My question is, How can shop owner OR buyer OR shopify would know whether I am deleted the data or not ? and who are going to request these webhooks ?
