How can we Pre-select the already selected products using Shopify App Bridge

Is there a way to pre-select the products on launching the Product Picker dialog either using Shopify App Bridge or Embedded App SDK.

We want to use the product picker for product selection and then we save these selection. When user again hit to launch the picker, here we want to pre-select the already selected product. 

Is there anybody who knows how can we handle this situation?
