Local Delivery Availability for Product

I'm building a custom Shopify storefront for a client using the Storefront API. The client is a grocery store that only delivers locally—no shipping—and they want the user to be able to see whether a product is available for local delivery at their location from either the product detail page or the cart page. Is this possible? There does not seem to be any query on the Checkout or Cart objects in the Storefront API for local delivery information rather than shipping.

I have considered querying for all of the ZIP codes listed for a particular delivery zone, but I can't find an API for that either, much less one that lists the delivery zones for a particular product.
