Product location and fulfillment service

We are developing a fulfillment service app and we wanted to know if there's a way for a single product listing to be fulfilled both by a 3rd party service and by a physical location?

In other words, when someone selects the 'standard' shipping method the order will be sent & assigned to the fulfillment service and if someone selects 'pickup' it won't.
