shopify api list all countries

Hi!, i am developing an app for my customer.

Some mobile application developers are developing an mobile app for the customer and they want to get all countries in a list. this list will be used for the client who want to edit address or delete adddres etc.

However, i believe shopify api does not list all countries in a json format. i am programming an php api please if any one know how to access all countries and cities let me know.
